Kate Copeland

Founder & MD

Kate is a passionate environmentalist that specialises in sustainable behaviour change programmes working with businesses to embed improved processes and beneficial working cultures. She has worked on a variety of sustainable initiatives working with Central Government to community based grassroots organisations. In 2018 she opened Staffordshire's first eco centre through The Globe Foundation and is a committee member of Climate Matters Staffordshire.


PK Whalen

Development Director

PK has experience of a diverse spectrum of industries; from working in the law enforcement division of fish and wildlife conservation commission in the US to being the managing director of an executive learning and development communications consulting company in the Netherlands. Now based in the United Kingdom, her passion for nature, diversity of species, and led to a strong commitment to creating a more equitable, sustainable and healthy world.


Harriet Radley

Company secretary

Harriet supports operational delivery and has been a part of a number of environmental organisations from business support to community engagement. She has an intricate knowledge of health and wellbeing products, fairtrade and ethical sourcing.


Kassim Caratella

BIM & Engineering Consultant

A PhD candidate, Kassim is an analytical architectural technologist, skilled in formulating practical design strategies to simulate building modelling environment and building energy performance. Kassim's specialises in BIM, end-of-life building stock and modelling techniques of existing buildings, integrating augmented and virtual reality for the whole design phase of construction.


Dr. Dawn Pope

Pollution Scientist & Environmental Consultant

Dawn has a range of qualifications including a BSC in Occupational Hygiene, MSc in Environmental Pollution Science, LLM in Environmental and Health & Safety Law and a PhD in integrated risk modelling. Her experience and qualifications means she has a detailed insight into Environmental and Health & Safety issues and can develop sustainable cost-effective improvements.
